The accommodation units include a 110-square-meter two-bedroom suite on the ground floor (2 steps up), a 30-square-meter one-bedroom suite on the first floor (5 steps up), and a 30-square-meter one-bedroom suite on the second floor (10 steps up). All accommodation units are equipped with floor heating. The 110-square-meter two-bedroom suite and the 30-square-meter second-floor suite have private bathrooms (Iranian toilet and shower). The 30-square-meter one-bedroom suite on the first floor has a private bathroom (Iranian toilet, Western toilet, and shower). The heating system in all accommodation units is gas heating, and the cooling system of the complex is split and ceiling fan.
